The Ministry of Livestock Development and Fisheries in its efforts to involve public participation in major issues that it intends to undertake present this forum to gather public opinion and views on the issues. The opinions and views will be posted as they are received and the debate will run for 3 to six month and then concluded with an expert analysis.
