Administration Section The section perform the following activities: - Office cleanliness
- Office furnishing and retooling
- Office security and safety
- Messengerial services
- Registry services
- Traveling and transportation
- Promotion of sports and cultural activities
- Office accommodation
- Estate development and maintenance
- Housing for entitled and eligible officers
- Disciplinary matters
- Provides policy and planning inputs related to administration
- Ensure that administrative related matters are implemented according to administrative policies and regulations
- Ensure policy and planning matters comply with Administrative standards
- Provide feedback to and seek clarification from PO-PSM on administrative policies
- Prepare progress reports on administrative set standards with regard to policy and planning matters
- Provide administrative and logistical support to PMS - Prepare progress reports on administrative matters regarding PMS
- Provide administrative and logistical support to BPI
- Provides link with PO-PSM on progress of BPI
- Provide administrative and logistical support to PSP
- Supervise and supports implementation of PSP
- Prepares the implementation and progress reports on PSP.
- Provide feedback to management, PO-PSM and PSP service provider –
- Provide executive agency linkage with PO-PSM
- Secretary to MAB
Human Resources Section This perform the following activities: - Preparation and coordination of training programme and its implementation
- Staff recruitment
- Staff confirmation and promotions
- Distribute guidelines on preparation of Personnel estimates
- To prepare personnel estimates
- Preparation of terminal/leave benefits
- Staff records maintenance
- Staff welfare
- Focal point for gender issues
- Focal point for HIV/AIDS awareness and counseling
- Focal point for anticorruption strategies
- Provides inputs related to human resources regarding policy and planning matters
- Ensure that Human Resources related matters are implemented according to Human Resources Management policies
- Provide feedback to and seek clarification from PO-PSM on Human resources policies
- Prepare progress reports on human resources set standards
- regarding policy and planning matters
- Provide administrative and logistical support to PMS
- Ensure arRAS complies with the guidelines
- Provide PMS expertise to the ministry on personal emoluments - Compile and submit Personnel Emoluments to PO-PSM for authorization
- Provides link with PO-PSM on progress of BPI
- Provide internal expertise on BPI and link PO-PSM
- Makes decision on staff in outsourced services .regarding PSP
- Prepares the PSP implementation and progress reports on staff in outsourced service
- Provide feedback to management and PO-PSM, on staff in outsourced service
- Involvement in human Resource deployment of the EA
